How do I place an order?
Select the items you like and indicate in which version you would like to receive this item. Go to your shopping cart and adjust the quantity here if necessary. Then click on: 'to checkout'. Fill in your personal data, choose the desired payment method and do not forget to agree to the terms and conditions. Click on ''complete order'' and you will be redirected to the payment page. Once the payment has been made we will start working on your order!

What are the delivery times?
We indicate the expected delivery time for each item on the website. If your item is in stock, the indication of the delivery time is shown below. For example: ''Ordered before 17:00, delivered tomorrow'', or ''2-5 working days''. If it is a package shipment, the package will be sent to you by PostNL. On working days the rule is: ordered before 5 p.m., delivered the next day. Large(r) items and furniture will be delivered by our qualified transport drivers or by our logistics partner. In that case, you will receive an e-mail from our logistics partner in which you can schedule a delivery time. When your order is shipped, you will receive a message from us about the shipping method.

Is (part of) your order not in stock? Don't worry, we will put the item on backorder. For items that are not in stock the word 'Available' is used. If the expected delivery week is known, it will be shown below the item. For example: ''Available from +/- week 18''.

My item is out of stock, what now?

If the delivery time is known, it will be displayed on the website. When you place an order we will put it in backorder for you. When the item is back in stock we will deliver it as soon as possible.

In some cases the delivery time of an article is unknown. This is also displayed on the website. The actual delivery time may take longer, so we recommend ordering an alternative item. As soon as the delivery time is known, it will be displayed on the website. 

How much do I pay in shipping and service charges?

What you pay in shipping costs depends entirely on your order. Most of the assortment is delivered to your home free of charge. Free shipping applies to a minimum order value of 50 euros. Is your order less than 50 euros? For orders under 50 euros, shipping costs vary between €8.71 and €9.92. You can also pick up your order for free at our warehouse in Tiel.

When can I expect to receive my order?
*Did you place your order on a business day before 5 p.m.? Then it will be delivered the next day by PostNL (except Sundays and holidays). As soon as your order has been shipped through our parcel service (PostNL), you will receive an email with the track & trace code. This allows you to track the delivery of your order.

If you ordered an item that cannot be sent by PostNL, the delivery will be planned in consultation with you.

Can I choose a delivery time myself?
If you have ordered a larger item, it will be delivered by our own delivery staff or by our logistics partner Van de Hoef Logistiek Ede B.V.. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment. You can always choose a time that suits you best. We expect you to be home at the agreed delivery time. If you are unexpectedly unable to be home, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment.

In the case of mail delivery, you cannot choose the time of delivery yourself, but you can track your package so you know exactly when and what time you need to be home.

Not at home? Then your package will be delivered to your neighbors or to a PostNL point near you. You will receive a card in your mailbox with a 'non-home code'. With this code you can see on track & trace where you can pick up your package.

Good to know: you have one week to pick up your package at a PostNL point, after that it will be returned to our warehouse.

Can I also pick up my order?

No problem! You can pick up your order at our warehouse in Tiel. There are no costs involved. You will receive a pickup receipt by e-mail so you can collect your order. Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:30.

My order is not complete. What now?

This is of course frustrating. We will do our best to solve this for you as soon as possible. Please send an e-mail to sales@label51.com with your name, the missing item and your order number. We will check as soon as possible where it went wrong and send you the missing item.

Do you deliver abroad?

We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. For Belgium, the shipping rates are different. These rates are automatically calculated in the checkout.

Do you also deliver to the Wadden Islands?
We also deliver to the Wadden Islands, however it could be possible that your order will take a little longer than indicated in the delivery time.

How does delivery of furniture work?

Furniture is often too big or too heavy to send by PostNL and is therefore handed over to our logistics partner. They will send you a calendar by e-mail in which you can schedule the delivery yourself. You can always choose a time that suits you best.

We deliver all items to the first threshold of your home. Do you live in an apartment? If there is an elevator available (in which your order fits), the driver will take your order to the desired floor. If there is no elevator, you will have to take care of transportation to the desired floor yourself. In a single-family house, the order will be delivered to the front door.
