Do I have a trial period?
Is your order not to your satisfaction? Then you can return it! For orders placed via the webshop, there is a maximum trial period of 30 days after receipt, unless stated otherwise (see general terms and conditions). No cancellation fees are charged within this period. The trial period does not apply to delivered custom-made articles, such as sofas. After the trial period has expired, the purchase agreement is a fact.

How can I return my purchase?
Did you receive your order via PostNL? Then you can return your order free of charge. Follow the steps below to return your purchase:
1.         Report the item you wish to return by e-mail to service@label51.com;
2.         You will receive a return label and a return form to fill in as completely as possible;
3.         Pack the item with care in the original packaging, if the item is damaged or not
            If the item is damaged or not in its original packaging, you are entitled to a refund of
            70% of the purchase price;
4.         Make sure the return form is in your parcel and stick the return label on
            the shipping box;
5.         Take the item to a PostNL point near you to return it for free
            return it free of charge.

Did you receive your order via another external transport company? Then the cost to return the product is €75. Follow the steps below to return your purchase:
1.         Report the item you wish to return by e-mail to service@label51.com;
2.         You will receive a return form that you fill in as completely as possible;
3.         Pack the article with care in the original packaging, if the article is damaged or not
            If the item is damaged or not in its original packaging, you are entitled to a refund of
            70% of the purchase price;
4.         Make sure the return form is in your parcel;
5.         We will make sure you receive an email from the carrier, with a calendar in which
            you can schedule the pick-up yourself;
6.         Choose your desired pick-up time and the carrier will pick up your parcel at the  
            agreed time period;

Please note: customised items cannot be returned.

What are the conditions of return?
If the trial period is used, the order can only be returned if:
- has been notified by e-mail to service@label51.com;
- is complete, undamaged and in its original packaging. This means that
            the original packaging of the article must be in very good condition. The box must
            not be damaged or contain any written text
- the article has not been produced on commission
- has an address sticker on the shipping box;
- is returned no later than 30 days after return instructions;
- is sent in accordance with our return instructions;

Returns that do not meet any of the above conditions may not be processed or fully refunded.

Are there any fees for returns?
Parcels delivered via PostNL can be returned free of charge via PostNL. Furniture delivered by appointment must also be collected by appointment. You will be charged €75 for this.

Please note that custom-made items cannot be returned.

How can I exercise my right of withdrawal?
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 30 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post or by e-mail). Upon receipt of your declaration, we will provide you with a return form, which you must add to the package before returning it to us.

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive back from us all payments you have made up to that point, usually including delivery costs without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have received your return. This is with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us and the additional delivery costs incurred when a large item has to be collected from your home. The cost for this is €75.

If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you with the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; in any case, you will not be charged for such refund.

We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

It is very important to add the accompanying return form to the parcel. The return form and reply number can be requested by sending an e-mail to service@label51.com. Please note: without notification and return form we cannot process the return.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

When will I be refunded?
We make every effort to refund your purchase price within five working days of receiving your return. Unfortunately, this may not happen, but you can rest assured that in any case you will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your return.

How do I get my refund?
The purchase price of your return will be refunded in the same way you paid for your order.
